On a large-scale civil works project, AMEC was a member of a consortium, under a lump sum turnkey contract, to design and build a highway featuring a sophisticated automatic tolling system. In addition to supplying personnel to the project for project management and control, Convero was configured to place particular emphasis on the measurement and control of quantities as well as producing earned value reports. Convero satisfied the consortium's need to rigorously compare progress achieved, to the effort expended.
